About Eric

I took an interest in technology at an early age and taught myself how to fix the family PC in the MSDOS and Windows 3.1 days. It was a matter of necessity since I was the one that broke it – but that’s another story.

I’ve been a technology professional for over 20 years ranging from hardware support to application development to data warehousing.

Aside from being a “geek”, I’m a husband of over 16 years, and daddy to three amazing daughters. Being the only guy in the house is an adventure for sure – but wouldn’t trade it for the world! I also keep time on the drums as semi-regular member of my church’s worship band.

In 2016, I was diagnosed with Stage 2a Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and after chemo and radiation have been cancer free since 2017.
